Microsoft Copilot 365 in Viva Glint will support the summarization of employee survey comments

Starting from November 2024, the Copilot 365 feature in Viva Glint will summarize employee survey comments and suggest actions by identifying key themes. In addition, it can provide summaries based on demographics and items and highlight actions that employees have requested. The feature requires a Viva Glint license and admin configuration, and it defaults to "off" for all user roles. Every user who requires Copilot access needs to be granted that permission. This update will be available on a Public Preview basis from June 2024 and will have General Availability worldwide from November 2024. Glint company admins must configure the content summarization feature for Copilot in the Glint web app. The rollout will happen automatically. Organizations should review their configuration and notify users of the change, ensuring relevant documentation is updated.
