General availability of additional classifiers for Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance

Microsoft is rolling out several new classifiers for Communication Compliance to assist in detecting various types of workplace policy violations. These classifiers, which were available in public preview, are now generally available and can help customers manage regulatory compliance obligations, including corporate sabotage, gifts and entertainment, money laundering, regulatory collusion, stock manipulation, and unauthorized disclosure. The rollout of these additional classifiers is expected to be completed by the end of April. As a result of this development, companies can flag potential policy violations and take action to address them proactively before they lead to serious consequences, such as legal repercussions, fines, or damage to the organization's reputation.
