[Update] jQuery 2.1.1 retirement in Microsoft Power Apps service

As part of an update to improve security within Microsoft Power Apps service,

jQuery version 2.1.1 was upgraded to version 3.6.0. However, due to issues that arose when accessing the previous version, Microsoft has temporarily postponed the retirement of jquery-2.1.1.min.js until October 2023. This update should unblock files and scripts that utilized hardcoded links to the previous jQuery version and were affected by this recent change. However, it is still recommended to update your scripts and files to instead utilize jQuery 3.6.0 and update any hardcoded links that currently use version 2.1.1. If you need further assistance, please contact Microsoft Support and reference ticket ICM342013163.
