Copilot Confusion for SMBs (and likely many others!)

The term "copilot" is being used by different departments of businesses, which can be confusing. This was a common topic at the recent DynamicsCon Live in Denver, where the term was mentioned 32 times during the keynote alone. SMBs and other companies alike may be struggling to understand the varying uses and meanings of the term, including Copilot in Sales and Copilot for Sales, Copilot in Service and Copilot for Service.
