Updating conversation actions on Microsoft Outlook for iOS

Updating conversation actions on Microsoft Outlook for iOS

Microsoft Outlook for iOS will soon be rolling out an update to conversation actions where they will be displayed in a customizable bar at the bottom of the screen accessible from the Inbox on long-press. This feature will be available in early July 2024 and will be fully rolled out by the end of July 2024. Users will be able to customize the order and placement of the actions, as well as access the actions from the Inbox view by long-pressing a message. The current actions will remain the same, only their position is changing. Users will now need to go back to the Inbox view to access the tab bar to switch between mail, calendar, and so on when reading a message. The rollout will happen automatically and organizations are advised to inform users and update any relevant documentation.
