Microsoft Teams: Collaborative notes on Teams mobile
This post introduces Collaborative notes, a new Microsoft Teams feature that allows attendees of a meeting to co-create and work on the agenda, notes, and action items. Whether it's on the desktop or mobile app, Collaborative notes work as a loop component, meaning they stay in sync regardless of where they live. Assigned tasks in Collaborative notes automatically sync with To Do & Planner, streamlining the workflow of meeting attendees. This feature was released in the General Availability phase on July CY2023 and is available on Android platforms on the GCC, GCC High, and DoD clouds as well as Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant).
For those seeking to utilize this feature, the post includes a roadmap link (Roadmap ID: 128652) to help guide users on how to maximize the full potential of Collaborative notes.
