Viva Topics app in Teams
Microsoft has launched its official Viva Topics app in Teams that allows easy access to My Topics webpart for end users and Manage Topics for KMs and Admins. The app is now available in the app store for tenants which means putting up any script or upload is not necessary. Teams admins can opt to have the app pre-installed for users or allow them to add it themselves. Through the Viva Suite navigation feature, users can easily switch between Viva apps and submit feedback. The standard release is expected to be completed by mid-May and no prior action is needed to prepare for this change. Just notify your users and update all relevant documentation.
