Viva Amplify: UTC toggle

Viva Amplify has announced the addition of a UTC toggle feature, which aids in aligning time zones for campaign members and facilitates consistent data understanding. This feature will impact all timeline graphs in reports and offer the ability to toggle between a user's local time and UTC, thereby ensuring the comparison and comprehension of data in the same way as their peers. The UTC toggle will be available at the report level and will affect all graphs on the page with a time line across the X axis. The rollout will commence in late August 2024 and expect to complete by late September 2024. In preparation, users will be notified, and training material updates will occur. Admins might need to update existing internal user training materials and documentation.

With this new feature, users will no longer be confused by differences in time zones between publication and target audience locations. Hence, the toggle will make the interpretation of data less complex for campaign members and aid in gathering insights easily.
