Windows 365: Downsizing a Cloud PC (Direct Assigned Licenses)

Windows 365 now offers the ability for administrators to downgrade the vCPU/RAM on a user's Cloud PC, as long as the admin has the appropriate licenses to do so. This feature is only available for direct assigned licenses and downsizing for storage is not supported. The release for this feature is scheduled for June CY2023, with a preview date set for September CY2022. Windows 365 is a cloud-based platform that allows users to access Windows 10 or Windows 11 PCs from anywhere. This feature provides greater flexibility for organizations to manage their Cloud PCs and allocate resources effectively.
