- Navigate to service locations
It is built on Power Platform’s Power Apps technology, making it highly customizable.
Prerequisites
Before installing the app, make sure the following are in place:
1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service license

- Field Service – Resource
- Field Service – Mobile User
3. Environment is provisioned and Field Service is installed

The Field Service Mobile app supports offline scenarios with built-in sync filters.

- Admins can go to Field Service App > Settings > Mobile Configuration
