Simpler, Faster Azure Communication Services Email Now Generally Available
Today, Azure Communications Services announces the general availability of Email service, expanding its comprehensive suite of multichannel communication APIs. Businesses can embed email in their customer engagement applications to enhance their customer’s communication experience. This new Email service is powered by Exchange Online and meets the security and privacy requirements of enterprises. In addition, Azure Communication Services Email provides low code /no code capabilities through Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps. With in-depth analytics and engagement tracking capabilities, Azure Communication Services Email helps businesses improve their customer engagement and communication strategies.
Azure Communication Services Email provides an easy to use, comprehensive set of APIs that allow developers to send emails quickly and securely with rich content including images, videos, audio files, and documents.
Azure Communication Services Email provides key capabilities that enable efficient resource management, domain customization, low code integration, delivery analytics, and multiple sender support.
- Delivery Analytics: Azure Communication Services Email provides robust delivery analytics enabling developers to measure the success of delivery and obtain richer engagement tracking data.
