Azure Static Web Apps Dedicated Plan: Building Enterprise Grade Full Stack Web Apps
This article introduces you to Azure Static Web Apps Dedicated Plan, enabling you to develop and host secure, full-stack web apps compliant with data residency rules. The Dedicated Plan is in preview and being offered free for a limited period. In addition to supporting Always On managed functions, it offers data residency capabilities in select regions. The table in the content provides an overview of the features provided by each plan. This Dedicated Plan allows building web apps that are both secure and compliant with data governance requirements, making it especially suitable for enterprise-grade applications.
If you're looking to get started with this new plan, navigate to the portal and enter the Static Web Apps create flow, and select the Dedicated Plan type. During the preview, only one resource per subscription can be created using the Dedicated Plan. Currently, the Dedicated Plan is available in East US 2, Central US, West US 2, and East Asia.
