Microsoft Viva: Viva Connections Analytics in GCC

Microsoft Viva is a suite of tools designed to enhance the work experience for Microsoft Teams users. One key component of Viva is Viva Connections, which enables users to access and interact with internal company resources, all from within Microsoft Teams.

Now, Viva Connections has rolled out a customer-facing analytics module, giving customers the ability to track their Viva Connections usage metrics and assess the health of their deployment. This feature is currently available for GCC instances and will undoubtedly prove valuable for organizations seeking to optimize their use of Viva Connections.

The module, released in June CY2024, is available for both desktop and cloud instances and is part of Microsoft's ongoing efforts to provide data-driven insights that help organizations stay ahead of the curve.
