Canvas App not updating post managed solution import

I’ve 2 environments Dev and Test. On my Dev I’ve built a Canvas App and deployed on Test environment by moving a Managed Solution. Off late the Canvas App was not updating/refreshing post solution movement from Dev to Test. Reason and Fix: Refer Solution Layers for more details.
