OneDrive: OneDrive Sync Account Detection
In order to ensure a seamless experience for users, the OneDrive Sync client for work and school will now detect when a personal OneDrive account has been signed into on a work machine. If the personal account is already available in the Windows account manager, users will see a one-time message offering them the option to configure the account with OneDrive. By enabling this feature, users can easily access both personal and work/school files on their OneDrive and in File Explorer. This update is set for general availability release in July of 2023, and will be available on desktop platforms across DoD, GCC, GCC High, and Standard Multi-Tenant worldwide.
For efficient account management and improved user experience, be sure to keep an eye out for this upcoming OneDrive update.
