OneDrive Personal Gets File Exclusions

Microsoft 365 tenants have long been able to define file type exclusions for the OneDrive for Business sync client. A change in the client now exposes the excluded file types to user view for the first time. Meantime, the OneDrive Personal client also gains support for file type exclusions.
