Announcing UNISTR and || operator in Azure SQL Database – preview
Azure SQL Database has just announced the release of the UNISTR intrinsic function and the ANSI SQL concatenation operator (||) in a public preview. These new features will make working with international text easier than ever before. The UNISTR function is designed to help users escape Unicode characters, while the || operator allows for more straightforward string or binary concatenation.
