We’re making some changes to our billing periods for products purchased per seat

Important changes are coming to billing periods for per-seat products, impacting new and some existing customers. Invoices will be issued the day after the subscription start date or renewal, rather than on a set date the following month. This may cause two invoices in one month during the transition to billing upfront, rather than in arrears. Customers should prepare by checking their billing timing under "Your products." The change will affect those with invoices starting with "G" and will be rolled out globally in late October 2024, following earlier implementation in Asia Pacific. The billing period for new subscription purchases and renewals will be a single day, while changes to existing subscriptions will be billed for the prior month. Customers purchasing subscriptions on multiple days in a month will receive multiple invoices. It is essential to check charge details on invoices to understand billing periods and amounts.
If your invoices start with "G," you may need to prepare for this change, which will be implemented soon. Ensure that you stay up-to-date with any changes to your products and billing cycles to avoid confusion and unexpected costs.
