Microsoft OneDrive: Additional file types to filter your lists of files

OneDrive on the web is adding new file type filters for greater convenience when listing files. The update includes OneNote, Microsoft Lists, Videos, Loop, Photos, Whiteboard, and PowerBI, making it easier to filter and view specific file types. The change is expected to roll out automatically, and no admin action is required. It will feature a new dropdown menu next to filter pills in Home, Shared, People, Meetings, and Favorites views, and is set to begin rolling out in mid-July 2024 and should be completed by late July 2024. Users may want to update any relevant documentation and notify others about the change, but the update will happen automatically.
